RPMR Creations ("we," "us," or "our") operates the BinDay iOS app and related widget experience (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use BinDay, how it is used, and your rights.

This policy is intended to satisfy Apple App Store privacy policy requirements, including clear disclosure of what data is collected, whether it is linked to you, and how it is used.

This Privacy Policy applies to BinDay and the BinDay marketing page at rpmrcreations.com/projects/binday.

2.1 Data You Enter in the App

Pickup schedule details (such as pickup day, recurrence, and bin type labels).
Reminder preferences (for example, day-before reminder time).

These values are used solely to power your countdown and reminder functionality.

2.2 Device Permissions

Notifications (optional): used only to send your selected reminder notifications.

2.3 Data Not Collected by Us

      No account registration data (no username/email is required to use BinDay).
No precise location data.
No contacts or address book data.
No advertising identifiers for third-party advertising.
No sale of personal information.

4. How We Use Information

To display upcoming bin pickups and countdowns.
To trigger local reminders that you configure.
To maintain app functionality and reliability.

5. Data Storage, Security, and Retention

      BinDay is designed to store schedule/reminder data locally on your device.
We do not maintain a user account database for BinDay at this time.
If you delete the app, local BinDay data on that device is removed by iOS.
Device backups (such as iCloud backups) are managed by Apple under Apple's policies.

    

6. Third-Party Services

BinDay does not use third-party ad networks and does not sell personal data. If third-party SDKs are introduced in future versions, this policy and App Store privacy disclosures will be updated before release.

7. Legal Bases (EEA/UK Users)

Where GDPR applies, our legal bases are: (a) performance of a contract (providing the Service you request), (b) consent (notification permission), and (c) legitimate interests (security and maintenance).
