Windsor-Detroit Border Times
Live wait times for the Ambassador Bridge, the Gordie Howe Bridge and the Detroit-Windsor Tunnel, in both directions, with reports from drivers in the queue and a monthly report on how the border actually moved.
01 · The problem
Official wait times are posted in a few places, formatted differently, and rarely say which direction they mean. People crossing for work check three sites and a group chat. We wanted one page that loads fast on a phone in a parking lot.
02 · What it does
Pulls the published times for all three crossings every few minutes, shows both directions side by side, and lets drivers post what the line actually looks like. Each month we publish a report on patterns: worst hours, best days, holiday effects.
