Custom software development in Windsor, Ontario
When the spreadsheet has become the system, or the off-the-shelf app does 70% of the job, we build the software that fits the way your business actually works.
What we build
Built to spec
Internal tools
Quoting, job tracking, inventory, scheduling and approvals that replace spreadsheets and email chains.
Customer portals
Order status, document uploads, invoices and support requests your customers can check themselves.
Data and reporting
Pull numbers out of the systems you already use and show them in one place, updated on a schedule.
Replacing legacy software
Rebuild the old Access database or the program only one person knows how to run, without losing your data.
How a project runs
Define, build, ship, improve
A focused internal tool usually takes 4 to 10 weeks from first call to launch. Larger systems are split into stages so something useful ships early.
Define
A short call, then a written scope: what it does, what it doesn’t, and a price range.
Build
Weekly progress you can click on, not status reports.
Ship
Launch, training and the source code handed over.
Improve
Ongoing support and changes, or a clean handover to your team.
Questions
Before you ask
How much does custom software cost in Windsor?
It depends on scope. After a short call we send a written range and a fixed first stage, so you know the cost of the first useful version before committing to more.
Do you work on-site?
We are based in Windsor-Essex and can meet in person anywhere from Windsor to Leamington. Most of the build itself happens remotely.
Who owns the code?
You do. You get the source code, the accounts and the documentation, so you are never locked in to us.
What happens after launch?
We offer ongoing maintenance and hosting, or we hand everything over to your team. Running our own products means we plan for maintenance from day one.
