Automation and integrations
If someone copies the same information from one system to another every day, that is a job for software. We connect the tools you already pay for so the data moves on its own.
What we build
Built to spec
System integrations
Connect accounting, CRM, e-commerce, scheduling and spreadsheets so an order entered once shows up everywhere.
Scheduled jobs
Reports, reminders, backups and data clean-up that run on their own, on time.
Email and document handling
Read incoming orders, invoices or forms and file the data where it belongs.
Alerts
A message to the right person when a number crosses a line, like a wait time spiking or stock running low.
How a project runs
Define, build, ship, improve
Single automations often take one to three weeks. We start with the task that costs the most hours each week.
Define
A short call, then a written scope: what it does, what it doesn’t, and a price range.
Build
Weekly progress you can click on, not status reports.
Ship
Launch, training and the source code handed over.
Improve
Ongoing support and changes, or a clean handover to your team.
Questions
Before you ask
What can be automated?
Any repetitive task with clear rules: copying data between systems, sending routine emails, building reports, checking for problems.
Do we need to replace our software?
Usually not. Most modern tools can be connected. Where they can’t, we find the least disruptive workaround.
What if something breaks?
Our automations log what they do and alert us when they fail, the same way we monitor our own products.
Is our data safe?
We use the minimum access needed, keep credentials out of code and document every connection we set up.
